Today was my birthday!
I truly did not expect to receive gifts from my friends, but it sure was nice! I feel like I am not the most creative gift giver lately and I want to do better. I thought that I would share some of my favorite gifts that were purchased in the Lafayette area by my friends in hopes of inspiring you when your friends’ birthdays roll around. Taking the time to have coffee or lunch is what matters most, but the surprises are pretty fun, too! True friends are everything so it is okay to spoil them every now and then! With Valentine’s Day coming up, some of these would be perfect Valentine’s, too.

I have a friend who is the make-up and skin care expert. She does it all. From luxurious lines to drug store lines, she knows the good products and I LOVE a practical gift! Oil of Olay Age Defying Classic Eye Gel and Cetaphil Moisturizing Cream for the Body were two of her picks from the drug store.
Lululemon activewear is always fun to receive. The Daily Method carries select Lululemon pieces. Armada Athletic Apparel has some really cute activewear as well. Fess up! You love wearing your activewear on the non-active days, too!
