Preschoolers will explore open-ended art activities and different art mediums while learning about color, texture, and more. Ages 3-5. Registration begins 2 weeks before the program date. Theme: Sea Turtles!

Little Gym at the Library: East Regional Library

The Little Gym of Lafayette invites children and their parents to come bounce, hop, dance, and roll at the library this summer!  They will offer 3-dimensional learning through gymnastics and want you to join in on all of the fun! Morning classes will be held for ages 4 months to 3 years. Afternoon classes will be held for 3 years to 6 years. Registration is required.

Lafayette Public Library hosts its monthly story time series with story time lead by one of the children’s librarians on the Bookmobile. Activities include reading three books, singing songs, and providing a craft for kids. This is FREE community programming for Arts and Culture located in Market Oaks.

Toddler Time: South Regional Library

An opportunity for children aged 18 months to 3 years and their caregivers to take part in stories and pre-literacy activities. The books we will be reading this week are: - Shark vs Train by Chris Barton - Sharko and Hippo by Elliot Kalan Book titles will also be posted at the storytime entrance. Occasionally, substitutions do occur.
