Mocktails for the Modern Mom

Whether you are participating in Alcohol-Free for 40 Challenge, growing new life, or simply don’t enjoy alcohol but still love fun drinks, here are some festive alcohol free recipes anyone can make and enjoy anytime of the day! Eat Fit Acadiana has partnered up with Antoni’s Italian Cafe and Blue Dog Cafe to create delicious mocktails that you can order when dining in or make at home!

EatFit Mojito Mocktail | by Antoni’s

  • 4 oz. soda water 
  • 1 oz lime juice 
  • 1 oz Swerve simple syrup  
  • 3-4 fresh mint leaves 

Add fresh mint leaves to a highball or collins glass. Use a muddler to gently press on the mint leaves, releasing their natural oils and aroma. Add lime juice and Swerve and stir. Fill the glass with ice cubes and top with club soda. Add a fresh spring of mint and enjoy!  

 

Virgin Moscow Mule | by Antoni’s

Makes 1 serving  

  • 3-4 mint leaves, muddled 
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice 
  • 1 teaspoon Swerve sweetener 
  • 2 ounces Zevia Ginger Beer  
  • 4 ounces club soda 
  • Lime wedge  

In a copper mug (preferred) or rocks glass, muddle mint in lime juice. Add Swerve and stir. Add ice cubes and Zevia ginger beer. Top with club soda and drop a lime wedge into the mug for garnish. 

 

Grapefruit/Cucumber Fizz Mocktail | by Blue Dog Cafe

 

  • 1 oz Grapefruit juice
  • 1 oz Lime juice
  • 1 oz Rosemary and Thyme simple syrup

Top off with Cucumber Mint soda

Garnish with half Grapefruit wheel, 2 Lime wheels, and 1 sprig of Rosemary
