TikTok Pizza Roll Ups: Our New Healthier Family Favorite

A dear friend of mine turned me on to one of the newest TikTok recipes so I had to pass it on in case you may have missed out!

What kid doesn’t love pizza?! I know my kiddos can eat pizza, pizza rolls, pizza bagels and anything else with the word “pizza” in it over and over. This COULD BE looked at as a healthier alternative!

Healthier Pizza Roll Ups

Ingredients:

– Carb balance tortillas

– Shredded mozzarella (I find this works better than the string cheese you may see on videos)

– Turkey pepperoni

– Italian seasoning

– Marinara sauce

Directions:

  1. Layer pepperoni and cheese in the middle of the tortilla
  2. Add Italian seasoning
  3. Roll tortilla as if you are make enchiladas
  4. Cook in air fryer at 400 degrees for 6 minutes
  5. Once finished serve with a side of marinara for dipping

We have made this for an easy dinner on a busy evening. I have even made them for the kids lunch. I cut them in half and serve with a small container of sauce.

A healthier option for pizza is always a WIN!
