Confident 4 LYFE Workshop 2 day Confidence and Healthy Relationships Workshop for Girls

Our first session SOLD OUT  so we are officially opening another chance for girls ages 10–14 to join this powerful 2-day experience!

This fun, interactive experience helps girls build:
 Confidence
 Healthy friendship skills
 Boundaries & communication
 Decision-making skills
 Future-focused thinking

PLUS real conversations about peer pressure, self-worth, social media, and protecting their future — all in an age-appropriate, supportive environment 

 WHAT IS LYFE + SRAE?

This program is part of Louisiana Youth for Excellence (LYFE) and uses age-appropriate Sexual Risk Avoidance Education (SRAE) to help girls build confidence and make smart choices for their future 

We know the word ‘sexual’ can sound intense, but this program is really about helping girls build confidence, understand boundaries, and make smart choices so they can avoid risky situations as they grow.

There is nothing graphic or inappropriate—in fact, it’s extremely age-appropriate, confidence-based, and focused on decision-making, self-respect, and future goals! Our goal is to make sure every girl feels comfortable in all situations.

 Girls can opt out of any activity at any time to ensure they feel comfortable and supported.
