SMASH PKL :: Youngsville’s New Favorite Spot for Food, Family Fun, and Pickleball
If you’ve spent any time in Youngsville lately, you’ve probably already passed by the cool new pickleball restaurant called SMASH PKL! Located in the perfect spot in Youngsville, this unique concept combines a restaurant, pickleball courts, and a family-friendly outdoor space into one gathering hub that’s quickly becoming a community favorite!
The Vibe
SMASH offers something for everyone. Whether you’re looking for a casual family dinner where the kids can play, an outing with friends, or a friendly pickleball match, this is the kind of place where it’s easy to spend an entire afternoon or evening (which I’ve done myself multiple times now!)
Outdoor Amenities
One of the standout features is the outdoor turf area. Parents can relax with food and drinks while kids enjoy the dedicated play zone within eyesight. The space also includes picnic tables, TVs, fire pits, yard games, and plenty of room to run around, making it one of the most family-friendly hangouts in the area!
The Food!
Of course, the food deserves its own mention. SMASH is known for its sliders, wraps, loaded tots, and shareable appetizers. I’ve ordered several different versions of their loaded tots, and all are delicious! The restaurant also provides different happy hours deals throughout the week. Imagine my surprise when they brought out free queso on a Friday afternoon as part of a special!
Pickleball
SMASH features outdoor pickleball courts designed for year-round play! Courts can be rented by the hour with no membership required. Current rates are:
- Monday–Thursday: $30 per hour
- Friday–Sunday: $40 per hour
SMASH lends itself as a gathering place that is beyond just a place to eat. Families can enjoy dinner while the kids play, friends can meet for pickleball and drinks, and the community can come together in a space that feels inviting, fun, and, of course, with delicious food!
